Ms. Ryan graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center School of Nursing. While working as an Registered Nurse, Ms. Ryan completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2004, earning a Master of Science degree from Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas. She became Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse |
In 2007, Ms. Ryan underwent training from the Esthetic Skin Institute for BOTOX® injectables and dermal fillers (such as Restylane®, Juvederm®, and Radiesse®. During that time, she also received additional certification in the utilization of lasers for hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
Prior to joining Cure Health and Wellness, Ms. Ryan worked in a variety of settings including intensive care, postoperative recovery, family practice, neurosurgery, and urgent care. Ms. Ryan also has experience in operating the medical aspect of a non-profit medical clinic for underserved individuals.
A native Houstonian, Ms. Ryan is also active in local Advanced Practice Nursing and Women's Business Organizations. She regularly participates in community health fairs, and enjoys speaking about health-related topics to local schools, universities, and community centers.
